Water Conservation
As you may know, there is a water shortage in Santa Clara County.
We are one of the few properties that have not implemented a program that bill back our residents to cover essential utilities. As such, payments for water along with trash and sewer are our sole responsibility. We would like to keep it this way and we need your help to do so.
Please do your part by being mindful of your water use. Examples of limiting water use include: Only run your dishwashers when it is completely full; Make sure faucets are not left running or leaking; Take quick showers; Etc.
If you notice any leaks, slow drips, etc. in your apartment or in the property, immediately report it to the office so that we can correct the problem. A leaky faucet that drips at the rate of one drop per second can waste more than 3,000 gallons per year. That's the amount of water needed to take more than 180 showers!
As always, we truly appreciate your residency and we appreciate your efforts at reducing the overall water use of the property.
Sincerely,
Olive Garden Management
